Jacalyn den Haan is an aspiring poet writing from Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. A recent graduate from The King’s University with a BA in English, Jacalyn hopes to follow her passion in writing to become a freelance writer/journalist/poet/novelist/all of the above. She enjoys meeting new people, telling jokes, and daydreaming, and she spends most evening reflecting on the meaning of life. Her two self-published books include Deep Creek (2014), co-published with photographer Aleena Forstey, and A Fragile Youth (2013).
